My work integrates a variety of therapeutic models including systemic therapies, narrative and solution focussed approaches, schema therapy and radical exposure tapping. From a couples perspective, I am a Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist and utilise both Gotttman and Emotionally Focussed therapy approaches.
Outside of the therapy room, I live by the beach with my dream surfer dude husband and two young pigeon pair kids. I enjoy a good HIIT session in the am before the rest of the world wakes, surf as much as I can (albeit quite poorly!) and drink far too many soy piccolos and not enough water.

Laci is a warm and compassionate psychotherapist who works with adults, couples, adolescents, children, and families. Using a relational, trauma-informed approach, she creates a safe and supportive space where clients feel genuinely seen, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.
Grounded in attachment theory, relational psychotherapy, and systems thinking, Laci works collaboratively with clients to explore the patterns that may be keeping them stuck, helping them process difficult experiences, strengthen self-awareness, build healthier relationships, and reconnect with their strengths and values. She has a particular interest in how our relationships, environments, and lifestyle practices influence our mental wellbeing.
Laci tailors therapy to each individual's needs, drawing on evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, parts work, and somatic practices.
